Elizabeth is the SNAP-Ed Program Manager for Cowlitz County. This program works throughout the communities to educate youth and adults on healthy eating and active lifestyles. SNAP-Ed works with families, teaching them how to shop, prepare, store and serve nutritious meals within limited resources. Classes are held in schools, community centers, and food pantries.
